Dr. Reeti K Joshi is a Rheumatology Specialist in Beaumont, Texas. She has more than 12 years of diverse medical practice experience and has chosen to specialize in Rheumatology and Immunology.

Dr. Reeti K Joshi, MD graduated as a valedictorian and earned her medical degree from Sir J. J Group of Hospitals, Mumbai /Maharashtra University of Health Sciences in India. She completed her residency and chief residency at University of Texas at Houston thereafter pursuing fellowship in Rheumatology and Immunology at Washington University School of Medicine / Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO. This has been consistently named as top 20 best universities for Rheumatology by US News and World Report.

After moving to Southeast Texas, Dr. Joshi worked as Staff Rheumatologist and Medical Director of Infusion services for CHRISTUS St. Elizabeth hospital for five years before starting private practice and clinical research trials. She was actively involved in patient care and staff/ nursing rheumatology education as a part of her directorship role.

Dr. Joshi has received many awards and honors including Outstanding Graduating Internal Medicine Resident for her class as well as being nominated for the prestigious ACR Outstanding Rheumatology Fellow Award. Besides this, she has several national and international publications in various Rheumatology and Internal Medicine journals. She also collaborates with various pharmaceutical companies as a speaker, consultant and advisory board member. She is actively involved in state and nationwide advocacy for Rheumatology via American College of Rheumatology (ACR). She is member of State of Texas Association of Rheumatologists (STAR), Rheumatology Alliance of Louisiana (RAL) and Coalition of State Rheumatology Associations (CSRO) which allows her to continue her advocacy and outreach efforts. She has been an invited speaker for past CHRISTUS Live Well Women’s Conferences and as well as volunteer for Arthritis Fair for educational activities in Ullin, Illinois.

In her free time, Dr. Joshi enjoys traveling, yoga, cooking, gardening and spending time with her family and her dogs.
